FAQ

All orders will take around 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped from my studio. Within the USA, your orders will be shipped via USPS with First Class Mail that will take 1-3 business days to arrive. International orders will be shipped using UPS and delivery time will depend on the destination. 

You’ll receive an email once the order package has been mailed.

Right now, I’m not taking commissions. But feel free to contact me and tell me what idea you have for future projects using the Send brief form.

I don’t offer tutorials or courses. I’m focusing on learning the different mediums and practice. The videos I upload on YouTube are with the intention to share my progress. Perhaps this can inspire others to work on their goals without the pressure of perfection.

For original art where the canvas, panel or frame was damaged during shipping delivery, refunds are issued upon return of the art piece back to me and once I can confirm that received it. Me and the client will coordinate accordingly. 

For prints that arrive damaged, I will send you another print but after you have sent me a picture to show the damage and email it to info@andreaacosta.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
