In Orlando, Florida I became a Yoga Teacher. This has helped me manage my Breast Cancer Journey with mindfulness, non-attachment, and a lot of breathing meditations.
The moments when I feel down, I know it will pass if I remember to get back to my yoga practice. Even if it’s for 5 minutes.
Even if right now I’m not giving classes at a studio, I hope to have my yoga website sometime in the near future.
When I moved to Seattle, I had to make a choice of pursuing art full time, and that meant putting teaching yoga on hold.
I’ll always be a Yoga Teacher.
