Aperson might feel at some point in their life’s a feeling of being stuck. Feelings of envy and jealousy could appear when you see someone else do something you want to do as well. There are mornings that you feel the strong pull to stay in the bed, and not face the day.
I’ve heard many times that we are creative beings. We have it within us the capacity to change the things we don’t like about our lives. It doesn’t mean that you need to change everything at the same time. Just pick on small thing, that will ignite the strength to improve your life, or at least your day.
Accepting a slow pace for change
Whatever you decide to change in your life, or if you’re learning something new, the pace is another factor. This speed could be a reason to give up on the change, because you might not be going fast enough. Practicing acceptance to flow with whatever speed you’re moving, it will help you to keep going.

When lacking strength to change your life, know that it can take many tries to get it right. It’s a dance of trial and error to find something that finally clicks. Be patient, celebrate the little improvements you make along the way. And when you can, share your progress because it might inspire others, and it can give you the fuel to find that strength to keep going.
